Experience
Zac began his real estate career in San Francisco where he negotiated over $250 million in leasing and sales transactions in his first 5 years. He works with both owners and tenants to negotiate lease transactions with special attention to meeting his client’s needs. He has worked with both individual owners as well as equity partners in the sale and acquisition of commercial properties.
As a tenant advisor Zac takes a hands-on approach, getting to know his client’s needs and growth patterns to help with strategic expansion, headcount planning, space planning and sublease dispositions while mitigating exposure to unforeseen facilities costs.
When representing landlords Zac works closely with owners to add value to their assets and attract the best quality tenants in the market. His strong understanding of tenants needs helps guide ownership to make strategic decisions that maximize the value of their assets and secure continuous income.
A native to New Jersey Zac was born and raised in Princeton and graduated from Princeton High School. He graduated from McGill University in 2008 where he majored in Environmental Science. He later received a MSc and an MBA from the University of Rhode Island in 2012.
