History

Princeton Property Partners was formed in 2001 as Mercer Oak Realty. We have since built teams to provide development/ investment and property and construction management services. We have always worked hard to offer superior services to our valued clients and superior returns to our investor partners. From the early years, our professionals have always sought to "under-promise and over-deliver". By focusing only on the Princeton region, we know every building, every company, and all of the participants in the market. We have had the honor to work with many of the most sophisticated players in the Princeton market. 

The Haines family has lived in New Jersey since the 1680’s.  Aubrey grew up picking peaches up to 90 hours per week in the hot orchards. This photo shows the family farm stand from the 1920’s.  We still grow peaches and are pleased to share them with our clients and friends every summer.

Firm Principals
Sab Russo and Aubrey Haines were the original founding partners of Princeton Property Partners. Hans van Tartwijk joined in 2009 and Spencer Page came aboard in 2019. Our team has multiple backgrounds and a broad range of experiences that enable us to thoroughly weigh all the considerations involved in complex commercial real estate projects.
