Firm Principals, Sab Russo and Aubrey Haines have represented clients in commercial real estate transactions valued at over $3 billion since 2001. Sab and Aubrey have negotiated some of the largest and most challenging lease and sale transactions in the Princeton market.

Aubrey Haines

Aubrey Haines has over 35 years’ experience in the Princeton commercial real estate market and has been responsible for negotiating over $2.8 billion in acquisitions, leasing and sales transactions. He has quarterbacked a myriad of entitlements projects ranging from single-family homes to townhomes to large-scale industrial, office and mixed-use properties.

Sab Russo

Sab has 30 years of experience in the Princeton commercial real estate market, focusing on large Office and Life Science R&D leasing and sale assignments, as well as land sales and development projects. Sab has an uncommon ability to understand and solve problems, and creatively negotiate complex transactions.

Josh Hoogvliet

Josh Hoogvliet is a Property Manager at Princeton Property Partners, where he leads the daily operations of a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties. With more than 20 years of hands-on experience in property and facility management, Josh is known for his results-driven approach to maintenance oversight, tenant satisfaction, and long-term asset performance.

Stephanie Modzelewski

Stephanie Modzelewski is the Property Accountant at Princeton Property Partners, where she oversees corporate and property-level financials for a diverse and expanding portfolio of commercial real estate assets. With seven years of accounting experience across fund management, financial reporting, and property operations, she brings precision, insight, and reliability to every ledger.

Krista Weaver

Krista joined Princeton Property Partners in 2022, assisting in leasing and sales of office, medical and life science space. She strives to provide first-in-class service to clients. Krista comes from a background in residential real estate, and began her career in the Washington, D.C., market.
