Charles Longo is an accomplished property management professional with over 18 years of experience managing large office parks, retail commercial shopping centers and industrial properties throughout the US.
Prior to joining PPM, Charles worked as the Director of Property Management for one of the Top 20 Management Real Estate companies in the US overseeing 10 million square feet of GLA.
As Senior Property Manager, Charles understands the dynamics of managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations which includes maintenance, projects, and supervising staff operations. With a warm, friendly and trustworthy personality he has achieved much success in property management and seeks to build on that success at PPM.
Charles currently lives with his wife and son in Freehold Township, N.J. He has 4 children and two grandchildren.
