Aubrey Haines has over 38 years’ experience in the Princeton, New Jersey Commercial Real Estate Market. During his career, he has negotiated over $2.8 billion in transactions. Aubrey has acquired, developed and marketed multifamily, office and industrial space and investment property sales.
In 2001, Aubrey formed brokerage Mercer Oak Realty (now Princeton Property Partners). Over the past two decades, Aubrey led Built-to-Suit activity in the Princeton area, spearheading 3 of the largest transactions in the market.
Aubrey came together with various international partners in 2009 to create Princeton Property Partners. By combining local knowledge in the Princeton Market with European sustainable design and mixed-use concepts, Princeton Property Partners engages in a unique niche in the development business in the Princeton Region.
Aubrey graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Tufts University in 1985, after spending a year at The London School of Economics.
Aubrey has served in several leadership positions in Princeton Area community organizations including President of Experience Princeton, Chair of the Princeton Mercer Regional Chamber of Commerce and Chair of the Foundation Board at Thomas Edison State University.
The Haines family resides in a home that was built by Aubrey’s ancestors in 1769. Generations of Haines’ have lived in New Jersey since 1685 and several members of the family have served in leadership positions in State, County and Local Government.
