Experience
As chief financial officer (CFO) and chief operations officer (COO), Spencer is responsible for the groups’ financial functions along with managing the day to day running of the operational and investment Companies. His duties also include the oversight of the investor relations along with all human resources activities. His career spans more than 25 years of experience in financial management, business leadership and corporate strategy at both large and small entities.
Before joining Princeton Property Partners in October of 2019, Spencer served as executive vice president, CFO and COO for Berkley Life Sciences in Ewing NJ, part of the W.R. Berkley group. Prior to that, he held various positions at AIG and served as Controller for a NJ based insurance company at the start of his career.
Education
Spencer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Monmouth University.
